Greeting from Lower Heaven

The sea is interesting as it is strangely peculiar.

I sat on a lightly decorated, wooden-boat in the middle of the sea.

The sun is up, the shades are down.

The sky crystal clear, the wind gentle.

The stillness of waves, oftentimes presents an impression that the world under is asleep in peace.

Yet, as I lean forward to its semi-opaque turquoise waters,
all I see beneath is living, breathing, fully-functioning ecosystem.

Blessing your vision tired of skyscraper and pollution,
splashing you with exceptional clarity and wonderful coloration.

The sea is interesting as it is strangely peculiar.

Meeting the sea has always been like meeting a person.

We can only see what she offer us to see.

Though, you may try to unravel the pandora’s box and discover surprises as it unfolds.

Some revelation may be pleasant.
While others may be things you weren't supposed to see or even understand.

But it’s there to make things perfectly imperfect-whole.

The sea is interesting as it is strangely peculiar.

As I swim through her exquisite shallow bay, along polychromatic fishes and pink sands, my kneecap got sliced by a small, overlooked coral.

Blood gushed out from the flesh and dissolved in seconds.

Does she warn me that a pretty body can suddenly transform to be an omnipotent deity?

The sea can be kind, but takes no time and effort to kill.

Threat hidden in plain sight, and rarely leaves trace when she does.

The sea is interesting as it is strangely peculiar.

An amalgamation of deeply preserved allure and forbearance, as well as a discreet container of hidden demon and dark premonition.

Every so often when we met, she would tease me.

Occasionally winks as she invites me to its heavenly monstrosity.

Yet, under her calm waves and still waters,
the greater mystery remains wrapped beautifully.
